YOUR ITINERARY 

• Hosted by Gina Hendrix, you will get up close and in-person access to Gina for the entire weekend. 
• You will also get access to Gina before the event as she helps you figure out your best look, and outfits you have to bring to Los Angeles for your photo shoot. Shopping links and suggestions provided in advance.
• Thursday: You'll meet with Gina privately to try on your outfits for Saturday's photoshoot and to see if any additional clothing purchases are needed. This will be followed by a welcome lunch where you’ll meet the other exceptional women joining this inner circle. 
• Friday: A full day of pampering in Venice Beach. Think facials, mindset, motivation, journaling, and more!
• Friday Night: Gina takes the ladies out on the town to one of her favorite LA hotspots for dinner.
• Saturday: Feel like a movie star. You’ll arrive at an iconic luxury estate in Malibu, the kind of breathtaking property usually reserved for magazine covers and Hollywood productions. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’ll feel the shift — stepping into an atmosphere of glamour, elegance, and possibility.

  Then comes your celebrity-level transformation: Gina’s personal glam squad (the same team trusted by stars) will work their magic with flawless hair and makeup, preparing you for a once-in-a-lifetime photoshoot. Every detail is curated, every look elevated — so you don’t just look like the star of the day, you become her.

• Saturday Evening: Before heading out, everyone will toast to a transformative day by enjoying a private catered dinner at the estate. 
• Sunday Brunch: Gina will host the ladies for Brunch at the Fairmont for a farewell send off with love.

• Book your Zoom consultation with Gina.
• On Zoom, Gina will review outfits from your closet. 
• Gina will also be consulting with Celebrity Stylist Lisa Elliot to give you the ultimate start treatment. 
• You will have a follow-up phone consult with Gina and Lisa to discuss and plan your specific style needs.  

PLEASE NOTE: While you will be responsible for your own travel to and lodging in Los Angeles, we have secured an exclusive group rate at the opulent Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica, which overlooks the serene Pacific Ocean. We're happy to provide the discount link upon request!

Thursday, Oct. 9th  

• We kick this day off in Gina's private suite at the Fairmont Hotel so she can review your outfits. 

• Celebrity Stylist Lisa Elliot will join us for any last-minute wardrobe needs. Any new wardrobe pieces selected for your photoshoot will be purchased separately and are not included in the event fee.

• Expect a lively day of fashion, food and fun. 

• Save some energy- there is a great piano bar with live music and happy hour at the Fairmont Hotel.

Friday, Oct. 10th 

A day of pampering and beauty at Albion Spa! 

This day is designed to make you feel and look your best. 

• Ladies will be scheduled throughout the day for a Signature Albion facial. 

• Light bites and drinks will be served.
• Special guests will join us in our very own zen area of the spa for mindset, meditation, and an exclusive sound bath.
• This can also be a day where you venture out to get your nails, lashes or any hair cuts or color you need done before our Sat photoshoot. (These are extra costs not included in the Glow-Up event).
• DINNER: This will be a night on the town to one of Gina's favorite hot spots. (Alcoholic beverages will not be covered.)

Saturday, Oct. 11th

This is the big day! 

This day is designed to make you feel and look like a celebrity. 

• Ladies will be scheduled throughout the day beginning with the glam squad, followed by a memorable photoshoot with a top LA celebrity photographer. 

• Photoshoot to take place at a  luxurious modern home in LA.
• 3 different looks/outfits.
• Your hair and make-up done by top glam squad hair/make-up artists.
• You will be styled by Lisa Elliot and Gina. AND of course Gina will be coaching you on set for your poses and vibes.
• Lunch, champagne, and snacks will be provided.
• Candid behind-the-scenes photos taken that you might want to also use.
• Catered dinner to wrap up the evening at the estate. 

Sunday, Oct. 12th  

• Gina will host the ladies for a delicious farewell brunch to set you up for success and send you off with love!

• This will be a time for intention setting, goal setting, and a chance to ask Gina any questions.

• Expect surprises to take home.
